The courthouse moved in 2025, so old web pages or saved directions may point to a former downtown counter. Current court-record requests go to Room 1060 at 1000 Courthouse Road. Access & Restrictions
Oregon court records are generally open, but not every case or field is public. Juvenile, adoption, mental-health, certain VAWA-protected, sealed, and set-aside matters may be excluded.
